Here at Paradise Fishing Lodge, we understand that we are a business providing a service to customers like many businesses. We pride ourselves in the extremely personal attention we give to every detail of every aspect of your vacation. That ranges from your room to the boat, dock to dining, and everything in between. While we may be a bit biased, we believe and strive to make your fishing experience with us second to NONE! We think that within five minutes or less of your arrival at our lodge you will clearly see why we named it Paradise Fishing Lodge.

Panama offers some of the best all around saltwater fishing on the planet. We have many species of fish year round. We do have a rainy season but our fishing can still be off the charts on any given day throughout the year. Even during our “rainy season” here near David, Panama, many mornings are beautiful and it may rain only in the afternoon. Please feel free to contact us so that we can answer any and all of your questions and concerns. We would feel honored and privileged to help to arrange your dream fishing vacation of a lifetime. This Really IS Paradise

My wife & I had a wonderful getaway at the beautiful Paradise Fishing Lodge! All of the staff was attentive, polite and waited on us hand and foot. The food was outstanding. Dinners included garlic shrimp. 6 of the largest & most delicious shrimps we’ve ever seen. The chicken was delicious. The beef filets were delicious. Lobster… Catch of the day.. All delicious and fantastic!!!

Did I mention that the staff was awesome? We were greeted at the resort by Rolando who handed us watermelon margaritas as we exited the van. Off to a great start. Carlos and Rolando were especially attentive to us during our stay, and it was especially nice to have afternoon cocktails delivered to us in the pool. The daily afternoon “snacks” were awesome.

One day was the absolute best tacos we’ve ever had. And being from San Diego, we’ve eaten a lot of tacos. The sauce was especially delicious: the perfect level of spice & flavor! Eduardo the chef and his assistant Elvis did a fantastic job. The combination of flavors was exquisite. We were very impressed with all of the meals. Did I mention the view? You don’t need me to remind you, but… WOW!

Our fishing captains, Martin & Lucho, were excellent and a joy to fish with. We caught a few species we had never caught before, which we really enjoyed.
We had an absolutely fantastic time! We would recommend the Paradise Fishing Lodge to anyone.

My wife and I just finished our trip to the lodge. First I would like to thank you for the best fishing trip we have ever had to Central America, We have fished several places in Panama, Costa Rica and Guatemala. NO lodge even comes close to the Paradise Fishing Lodge & Marina. To start with the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facility is more than spectacular in every way. I wanted to thank you for hosting us last week and making this trip one we will never forget!

Never in my life have I been treated so well by your entire staff, they made your house our home for the week and from the bottom of our hearts want to thank each and everyone of them.

Luis went above and beyond and went to such links to drive into tow to pick up a birthday cake and a gift from my girlfriend. Mucho Gracias to Luis!

All my rods and reels were already rigged up! The first day, You guys coordinated our next day plans with Capt Lucho based on the weather and it all came together perfectly! He truly made us feel at home all week thanks so much, we will miss you.

We truly have never been treated so well in our lives and Carlos really made the trip a memorable one.

The chef Eduardo’s meals were absolutely delicious,each and every day he surprised us with something new, the food was 5* all the way around!

Capt Lucho and Capt Martin were the best two capt’s we could ever ask for. They were so professional, experienced and catered to exactly what we wanted to catch! We landed over 17 different species in 4 days, they made this trip unforgettable!

The third day we had 3 fresh bonita caught at Hannibal bank in a matter of minutes and were already trolling for big blacks. We had 5 bites that day landing 2 giant black marlin and missing one eat right behind the boat. I have never caught a marlin in my life and to land a 450 lb black marlin right after a 300 lb black marlin is unbelievable! A day I will remember for the rest of my life!!

The lodge was amazing. Our room was very comfortable, the pool with the waterfall and swim-up bar was great. The staff brought us drinks and snacks to the pool after fishing all day, and the breakfasts and dinners were very good. The housekeepers did a great job and it was really nice to have laundry service, what a plus!!! The fishing was great – Todd and Neil both got sailfish the first day and during the next two, I got a couple of roosterfish, a cubera, another snapper, rainbow runner, bluejack, and others. The boats were great. Capitan Lucho was excellent as well as his mate, Chino. The bean bags and drinks were awesome. We really had a wonderful trip! Certainly will return as soon as possible. Take care and we look forward to the next trip.

Our trip to Paradise Fishing Lodge was fantastic! The staff went out of their way to assist us at every turn. Carlos, Eddie, and Luis did a fantastic job handling all of our needs! Carlos was a funny guy and he always kept our drinks coming. Eddie did a great job keeping everything going forward and if we needed anything he got it for us. Luis was a great host, also very informative. The chef Eduardo was as good as it gets. His meals were definitely a highlight of the trip. We all wished we could steal this guy and bring him home. Food was over the top. I must have gained 5 lbs! The fishing with Captain Lucho and his deckhand Chino was superb! They put us on fish all day from sunup to sundown every day for five days and helped us go after the multiple species that we were targeting
